assist with your problems by telephone.

As an accredited Microsoft Value Added Retailer we have access to Microsoft support at a level which is not
available to the general public. This often allows us to provide the answer to your problem considerably
quicker than the average user.
Your problem is often resolved during your first telephone call but if it is more complex IBIS will use its best
endevours to provide an answer within 24 hours.

The cost for a home user telephone support package is as follows:
3 Months.......... £ 60.00 + VAT
6 Months.......... £100.00 + VAT
12Months......... £180.00 + VAT
